Natiional priority on local organic food cheap for food stamp folk
Most food in the market is Monsanto cargill foreign etc. Let's make sure each community has a local food movement in grocery stores that is affordable and useful for people on food stamps. And while we're at it let's teach cooking and nutritiion in the schools.

Tax plastic .01$; use $ to make self-sustainbl sml towns; Fed assistd-owned power grid w/rural farms
Tax all food containers/lined plastic cans $.01 and use it to partner with neighboring farmers/ranchers to run wind power; powering solar panels on towns' homes; free electricity for town; Fed gov and farmer/rancher split sell-back to local electric co that is too lame to do any green themselves; Fed gov subsdzs organic food production w/same local ag; local town/region benefits from local organics; very small towns would work perfctly to start/move larger and larger (kind of opposite to the railroad expansion!) :)
