I have a software program that can save hundreds of companies & thousands of jobs. Can't get $$$
SEC rules required that we seek funding only from millionaires. They also limit the number of shareholders we can have. Congress - get out of the way. Entrepreneurship is the answer, not bank bailouts and corporate welfare!

Easy access to small business loans
Have you ever tried to navigate the SBA loan process? There has to be a better way to offer lines of credit and working capital for small businesses

Anti-Trust - Break Up The Oligopolies - Bully, Teddy
The multi-nationals and other oligopolies need to be broken up. We need to recognize that small businesses create jobs and they can not compete with oligopolies that dominate the U.S. economy.

Mandate that shareholders can vote on wages, bonuses and severance packages for upper management.
Could stop companies from using all of the profits to benefit the big wigs. Would also help stop companies from paying huge severance packages to CEOs etc that have bankrupted or ruined the company just to get rid of them. Would allow the people to control how much money is paid to upper management. Would help spread the wealth. Right now no one has any control of these people.

Producers of vital goods/services mastering art & science of supply/demand manipulations: STOP IT!
Market manipulations by an elite powerful coordinated FEW... who have privatized our public officials and made America 19th, behind even China (Hong Kong) on the Transparency International Corruption Perception Index. Production facilites going off-line for "maintenance/repairs", supplies regulated, coordinated. It's obvious what's going on out there. That's the problem with too few competitors, not enough Trust Busting, no anti-trust enforcement, Cartels, oligopolies, mergers, consolidation, buying up competitiors, competitiors "coordinating" efforts at jacking prices, capitalism going full on greed running amuck.
Safeguards & steep penalties, along with stiff jail time, piercing corporate shells instead of simply punishing shareholders with fines. Cartels,… more15 votes -
Ease the piercing of corporate SHELLS, cracking down on white collar crimes
Greater ease. Corporate executives, employees off-loading their punishment onto shareholders via corporate "fines" (IF ANY) is a joke & travesty of injustice, often keeping their jobs and admiting no wrong doing. Board of Directors accountabiltiy also have to be vastly ramped up, as they usually escape scott free and feel little pain if any.
A full trifecta of:
1.) jail time & personal fines for executives;
2.) board of director accountablitiy & repercussions;
3.) shareholder finesThat's one way to move up from 19th on the CPI, corruption perception index.

De-value manufactures products
Now I love sports. Everything depends on wages. If we the United States & the world could lower wages by de-valuing everything we could balance the budget. The problems somewhat started with professional athletes, when you make millions just to play a game it would seem that all our priories are not in the right place. When owners or companies have to pay higher salaries that means that everything down the line will go up. Now when all the food, cloths, and household item go up people wages needs to go up and the cycle starts all over again. It… more

More Black-owned businesses
Tax cuts don't create jobs, new businesses do. Truthfully, we need more businesses period. However, as the Civil Rights Movement has made major moves, NOT ONCE has anyone encouraged Black people to create more businesses. The amount of people we could put to work using this strategy would save the economy.
