Computers and the Internet are still new technologies that many in this nation do not understand how to effectively utilize. If a so-called public works program was implemented to educate the nation on how to properly understand and use these technologies, the efficiency and productivity of the American workforce will greatly increase.

Something happen a century ago that is an "energy bamboozlement". Fuel and fire monopolies were formed. They assault our ability to see how energy works.
