Use technology to put government functions in the hands of the individual
Like DMV I have a copyright called Nationwide title transfer which establishes a procedure for a one title format for all 50 states to transfer DMV title on your cell or pc. Would save states money that could be added to education

All American product ideas must be reviewed by an empaneled board before being sent overseas
right now, American ideas are being produced overseas because American companies are risk adverse and don't want to take the risk of investing capital when they can arrange licensing and marketing overseas to foreign interests; except that does nothing for jobs and profits over here. We must see that the government is developer of last resort before good ideas like fuzzy logic and Mag/Lev are sent overseas for development allowing others to get rich on American technology, first developed here but marketed abroad.

Why should we grasp self automated machinery and self-contained machinery? Why not go back to man-made-USA? Workers comp. isuues? Maybe we should get healthier and stronger as a nation, isn't that what health care is for? "Health-Care"!

Offer "X-Prize" type incentive for inexpensive water desalination and then sell it internationally
The water crisis that will be happening worlwide could provide an incentive to develop an inexpensive method for water desalination to be sold to areas that would be in the greatest need for it

create an Idea Bank
create an idea bank where individuals could deposit (post & protect) ideas & solutions for free, and coporations could pay a fee too view them. If they decide to withdraw them (use the idea), a contract or some sort of credit could be worked out with the owner of that idea
