In my opinion, Glass-Steagall does not adequately do what is necessary regarding the "Federal Reserve". I suggest new legislation that is better than Glass-Steagall...which incorporates its good points.

Absolutely! This is THE reason the Banks failed! Just remember Clinton signed it's death in 1999. Once again the Oligarchs had been trying to kill this since it's inception after the Depression when it passed in 1932.
